Although classes have been out for nearly two weeks, today made it official. I'm an official Domer. With the Masters in the back pocket, it's time to grow up. No more cramming for exams, no more all-nighters finishing big projects, no more fake case write-ups, etc. Regardless, the journey has been fun and one to remember. After all, having a degree from BYU and another from Notre Dame is certain to make a good conversation with anyone. Here are a few pictures from the day...

Pumping the fist of excitement in front of the mural on the Hesburg Library known on campus as "Touchdown Jesus".

Receiving the actual diploma from Dean Woo.

I'm one happy little boy! (Thanks Stef for the excellent photo!)

Priceless.

This is the only family picture we have for two reasons: 1) Rylie fell asleep and we didn't want to wake her up and 2) It was pretty chilly and she was too cozy to pull her out of her warm slumber.

After several weeks of vacation in Idaho and Utah, our family will be moving to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I have accepted a job offer from Best Buy. While not certain what my exact position will be, I will be doing something in their Corporate Finance office in their headquarters just outside of Minneapolis. We are very excited!
Here are a couple of photos of our house-in-progress in Woodbury, MN.

Jeff,
Hey, cool site! Your kids are adorable. I found your blog through the reunion website. Congrats on the graduation...such a great day for your whole family!
I had to pipe in because we just moved from Minnesota one year ago. My husband (Jeb) worked for Target's headquarters in Minneapolis and knew a lot of people from Best Buy. He thought it would be a great company to work for.
We loved Minnesota! We miss it a lot. I thought I would hate the winters but they weren't so bad once you lived it. Duluth is beautiful. I hope you guys like it there.
Take care,
Rebecca (Miner) Buffington

Jeff-
Undergrad degree from BYU, MBA from Notre Dame...I can't wait until you get your PhD from Morehouse College.
Seriously though, congrats on finishing school. I can't believe you started after I did and finished before me. Maybe the one year MBA was a better option than law school.
Enjoy MN. I can't wait to see Brendan in his hockey gear.
Congrats on your graduation! I was on Heather's blog and had to say hi! Good luck with your new job and moving. I saw your mom a few months ago and got a little update on your family. Looks like life is treating you great! Your kids are adorable! Take care, Rachelle (Brown) Dille
