Anyway, here are some pictures of the day. The first one is one of the truest, cutest smiles we've been able to capture with a camara. It is him at the end of the slide at good 'ole Burger King. Gross food, but it was very fun for him. We were both amazed at the lack of fear he showed. He just attacked that playground like it was nothing.

Here are some pictures of the little grad student budget party we had at home after a fun day out and about doing the things Brendan loves to do the most.
He really didn't want to wear his hat this year for some reason. Last year he didn't mind one bit. Obviously, some things change with time.

I love the picture of Brendan by the horse. He looks like a stud! I wish you guys lived closer. Maybe if you lived closer you could invite all of us to a birthday party on his real birthday so that we could get the date straight!
